The prices are in BGN for the number of regular beds in a room and include:

LATE DEPARTURE – to be requested 1 day prior to check-out date, after confirmation of availability by the hotel:
● Check-out until 2 p.m. – 30 BGN ; Check-out until 4 p.m. – 50 BGN

PREPAYMENT AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:
To guarantee a reservation – after email confirmation sent by the hotel, 50% of the total amount is required to be transferred within 5 working days by bank
transfer. Balance payable at check-in. If the deposit is not received within the stated time, the hotel does not commit to keeping the reservation
CANCELLATION POLICY:
● Refunds – by bank transfer and the account of the holder from which it was transferred within the specified time limits
● In case of no-show or early departure, prepaid / paid amount is not refundable!

Payment Policies
Payment in cash – on site at the hotel
Payment by bank transfer – to guarantee a reservation, after an e-mail confirmation has been sent by the hotel, payment by bank transfer of 50% of the total value of the reservation is required within 7 days.
Payment by debit/credit card through a virtual POS terminal
It is possible to make payments through a virtual POS terminal using the Pay by link service provided by Bank DSK EAD, part of the OTP group serving the Merchant, with VISA, MasterCard, Maestro bank cards and cards with the BORICA logo without the physical presentation of the Merchant’s bank card, and through the possibility of inclusion in the Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and secret code of BORICA authentication schemes for Internet payments.
The Bank is a full member of the International Card Organizations (ICO) Visa and MasterCard, which has the right and has authorized the Merchant to use the trademarks of ICO.
The merchant does not collect, store or process card data in any way. All information about this is entered by the customer on the payment page of Bank DSK EAD, which is certified by MKO and supports 3D Secure Code – a system for identifying a cardholder in real time when paying at a virtual POS through a secret password and ensuring maximum security of the card payment at an Internet merchant through one of the following schemes:
– Verified by Visa (VbV) – for cards with the Visa logo, Visa Electron, VPAY;
– MasterCard Secure Code – for cards with the MasterCard and Maestro logo;
Secret code of BORICA-BANKSSERVIZ AD – for cards with the trade mark of Borika.
- The Merchant provides reliable control mechanisms when accepting payments through its virtual terminal on the Internet in order to prevent transactions that do not meet the objectives of the transaction with the Customer and these General Terms and Conditions, fall outside the scope of its applicable field and/or damage prestige and the good name of the Merchant, the Bank, Visa, MasterCard or Borika-Bankservice AD.
- Customers have no right to carry out through the Virtual Post-Terminal of the Merchant’s Website an illegal transaction or a transaction carried out under the conditions of “fraud” – a transaction knowingly (deliberately) carried out with a card or card data acquired in an illegal way (lost, stolen, obtained on the basis of false documents, etc.), as well as with a falsified or forged card, or with misappropriated card data. Such transaction was made without the knowledge and consent of the authentic cardholder and without his authorization.
Regardless of the currency you have in your account, all transactions will be carried out in Bulgarian leva according to the current exchange rate of your bank. All prices are final with/without VAT included.
In cases where it is necessary to refund an amount when a payment was made with a debit/credit card, this happens only and only to the account of the card with which the payment was made within 30 days.
